Fed courts rules that lead testing will not apply to the secondhand market.

I agree with equinox; I never expected 'them' to be reasonable about this.

It's like when 'they' banned crack pipes, they banned bongs too, and hookahs! 'We' have since got hookahs back, and some bongs, but geez. If you fighting crack, fight crack, not tobacco.

I was really upset about this law. I'm having a baby in April, and was counting on secondhand stuff.

For the hookah. We have hookah bars in town (three actually) and the law was super sucky for them.

Of course bongs are for weed, but it wasn't a fight against weed, it was a fight against crack. I don't know much about crack, but I don't think a bong would be good for smoking it.

And I know some people smoke weed in their hookahs, but it's bad for the hookah and it burns the weed too quickly (and thus is a waste of weed). Our hookah is strictly for tobacco.

Zach smoked some herbal tobacco (??) in our bong once.. stank so bad! So now our bong is strictly weed (and hash, but you get the idea..).
