I feel that if you are going to claim a religion you should respect that religion. As a member of the LDS faith I find this post more disheartening than upsetting. I don't know who it's supposed to impress.
Is it supposed to strike a chord? Is it supposed to be some sort of protest and say something like "stand up for what you believe in by doing something totally against what you claim to believe in?"
The whole reason this calendar is selling is because supposedly it's a bunch of "prudes" looking scandalous. It's supposed to be intriguing because it's people who are members of a faith which promotes modesty while they themselves are not being very modest (supposedly for a cause).
However the truth is- if they were truly such devout members who supported modesty for true and honest reasons, they would never pose like this for any reason. They would find some other way to support their causes. There are so many ways to support charities and causes without demoralizing your faith.

*I meant that calendar not this post. The post over-all is very interesting. Thanks for posting. :)
