"...a strange coincidence..."

Yeah, OK Arnold. If you want to do this, fine, but at least own up to it. 10 points for the balls to do it, but -25 for trying to deny it.

“When you do so many vetoes, that’s bound to happen,” said the governor’s spokesman.

Have the balls to say, "Yes, I AM that clever, thanks for noticing."

Actually, the balls to do it gives him 100 points in my book and 10 more FOR denying it.

...hmmm...you know, you may have something there. Let my people do some calculations and I'll get back to you on that.

Of course you deny it... there is no way any politician in their right mind or even completely whacked out nuts would admit to intentionally doing this.

In a way, I really hope it was intentional since it is an absolutely perfect thing to completely deny. It seems like such an obvious coincidence that if it were it intentional... it is so easily deniable that it's brilliant!

Arnold then continued...

I'LL tell you the truth. To think that I would
BE able to this is crazy. It reminds me of Austria
BACK in the good old days - when all I read were
GIRLIE magazines - I was accused by angry bitter
MEN of hate crimes caused by my Nazi forefathers.
..... I will prevail this time too.

(Darn, this is too corny even for me ...)

Can I just go ahead and say that a good friend of mine dated a woman, who used to hang out at the kind of parties Arnold frequented a few years ago. His claim is that she said Arnold gripped her arm on her way to the bathroom, and asked her to, let's just say "run her finger up her crack," and let him smell it.

Ok, that sounds horrible, but the funny part is where for the rest of the night, he followed her all around the party saying: "Do Eet!" Every time she tried to go to the bathroom.

And that's the part that makes it believable to me, sadly.

You can say it, but I'm hard pressed to find any correlation between that and the story about the message Schwarzenegger wrote.

For a non-native English speaker (who had to learn English lines phontetically as an actor) and someone, this would be quite impressive if it were to happen on purpose. Now, it *could* have been on purpose, but that cannot be proven. It's still an amazing coincidence. Amazing.

It was about the same guy. I think you're looking for correlation when it was really just a segue.

Not really. A segue leads to something. This was just an unrelated story from someone who knows someone who met Ahhhhnold. And it's probably bulls**t.

Thank you mister dictionary, until you spelled it out I was completely unaware of what a segue was.

Let's break it down.

The segue:

Can I just go ahead and say that a good friend of mine dated a woman, who used to hang out at the kind of parties Arnold frequented a few years ago.
The anecdotal story that it lead into

His claim is that she said Arnold gripped her arm on her way to the bathroom, and asked her to, let's just say "run her finger up her crack," and let him smell it.

Ok, that sounds horrible, but the funny part is where for the rest of the night, he followed her all around the party saying: "Do Eet!" Every time she tried to go to the bathroom.

I won't disagree that it's probably bulls**t, even drogue admitted to that much when he called it a "claim" and not a fact.

Compare pliming to BSing with your friends, I can almost guaruntee that at more than one point one of your friends is going to say something like "that reminds me of the time..." and then launch into an only slightly related story.

And that's what just happened here.
