I think this whole thing is a joke. The NHL just hasn't flourished in the Sunbelt as Bettman hoped.

Why should a deserving person and city be denied the chance to support a team to keep bankrupt teams in cities that don't care about the sport? Stupid.

As a hockey fan, I say "LET THEM MOVE!!" If the team can't sell tickets and maintain payroll, then let them go somewhere they can.
